The Holographic Body.
HELLO,
When one thinks of health and fitness they usually see it to be very much of the physical body [corporeal body]usually strong muscles,cardio fitness and suppleness ie.flexible/pliable but not all is this the complete picture.
TRUE,the above is workable to utilise but a new paradigm shift is a new model for health:mind body connection which however is contrary to the old model concept mind AND body which is equal to the Newtonian physics model.I however, subscribe to the former ie. the new paradigm where there is NO separation that comes between mind[consciousness]and body only instead unity of mind/body consciousness where every living cell[trillions]knows how YOU FEEL.Yes , every thought and feeling relays EVERY message to each of these trillions of cells that are within your body universe[a miniature cosmos connected intimately to the vaster one universe/or many endless universes=multiverse].
A quote from an ancient Vedic text 'as is the macrocosm so is the microcosm'

I know this sounds like it is all but mystical with no hard science back-up but the new physics[Quantum Mechanics]you could say is the new paradigm shift....more to come...
